C &M Contractors Services, Inc.  received its MBE certification from Maryland. We are certified MBE for federal, Maryland state and Prince Georges County. Businesses certified MBE may participate as MBE subcontractors on State contracts. Businesses certified as DBE subcontractors may participate as DBEs on USDOT-assisted contracts administered by the Maryland State Highway Administration, Maryland Aviation Administration and Maryland Transit Administration. MDOT’s MBE certification process is very detailed and comprehensive, to ensure that only those businesses that meet all of the requirements under state and federal law are allowed to participate in the programs.
